Best Navigation App for SA

Just tried a cracked new version of tom tom and it to was crashing on my phone, glad i bought navigon
 
Do any of these apps have traffic cam warnings? I use the TomTom app and would really enjoy something that can help in that aspect.

Navigon has traffic cam warnings. Keep in mind that it is for "fixed" traffic cams. Hopefully there will be an update one day for "mobile" traffic cams (like on the physical live Navigon units)...

Yip, TomTom has traffic warning with fixed cam. Plays a sound and displays the speed limit + the distance you are from it.

yes i know, that is what has me confused, so glad i bought navigon before tom tom, although tom tom looks awesome.

Must just go quickly and download some cracked versions of expensive apps, copy some rented dvd's and crack some windows versions. Anyone need some illegal versions of photoshop? I have some cracked ms office dvd's on special. you have android you say? no problem, can torrent some cracked apps for you too.

damnit, I love cracked stuff so much. iTunes? never heard about that.

LOL.

If you purchased it on Itunes you will be able to update the app via the iPhone or via iTunes by syncing you phone and going to Apps.

I have the Navigon. I just seriously wish there was a way to put waypoints onto the iPhone. Using contact addresses is cool, but not the same as using MapSource.

LOL, which was my point exactly.
Anyway he seems to have bought the legal version of Navigon. We should salute him, it's a start. Since the 1.4.1 update it has not crashed once on me, TomTom that is.
 
I can't fault TomTom, for SA or abroad it recently naviagated me around England and Ireland and never missed a beat.
 
Yeah have nothing to compare the TomTom to, but can't fault it either. Don't know how to get the traffic cam warnings working though.
 
I'm a bit pissed off with Navigon right now. I was using it on my bike via the blue-tooth headset and it crashed. The thing is, the phone was in my pocket and I'm blattering away down ondeckers waiting for the next direction but nothing.
Overshot my mark by almost 10km before I realized the stupid app had crashed. So I switch it off and halfway home on the highway it all of a sudden out of nowhere it yells "Watch your speed" in my ear. Sheesh I almost had a frikkin accident.
Bleh. I think I'll have to buy a decent bike GPS.
