Exactly. TomTom are selling "iPhone 4 cradles", but they're the exact same cradles as for the 3G or 3GS just with a little adapter in the box...
 
After using Tom Tom 1.5 & Navigon I find Garmin on Symbian/Blackberry easier to use :/
 
Just got myself the TomTom Cradle :D Makro has a special at the moment R1199.00

Dude, we a community ??? why u go off like that, in that case you make yourself look like a idiot, why dont u go say that to everyone who has a jailbroken iphone ? bet you that u dont even have the knowledge to jailbreak a iphone yourself...

Just a note: he's not referring to jailbreaking - he's referring to stealing software (there's a difference)... And secondly, you bringing up pretty old posts now hey...
 
Yeh but jaibreaking is generally stealink software as ifs free apps, I note not all jailbreakers are destructive but just saying, personally I just stick to free stuff....its old but I only saw it recently and just bad too see that someone actually swore him just for that could have adressed it a little more litely...o well I understand the frustration specially if your that developer who's software is being handed out for free
 
No dude, jailbreaking is not "generally stealink siftware as ifs free apps". As "we are a community" I advise you to go read up on the benefits of jailbreaking (which has been declared a legal process by US government) -excluding- the illegal "benefits".
Also, when reading old posts, read -all- of it please. As rapidblue pointed out, the dude in mention was asking for a link to a cracked version of the software.
I could have adressed it a little more litely you are right. But put it this way; you eventually move in to your own house (if not already) and buy furniture and electronics etc. Come home and find a thief busy breaking in with a moving truck parked in the driveway. You gonna adress the situation litely?

This was a thread discussing "Best Navigation App for SA" and not "Where can Iz down the latezt WAREZ" so pleas contribute in a positive manner to it?
 
Jailbreaking And Loading cracked Apps Not Stealing ??? Okey, It Is Actually Stealing Unless The app is stated as freeware, if you got it without paying and without the permissions to have it without paying its stealing, jailbreaking is not all bad it helps dev's open the device up which is now legal, loading off cracked apps IS STEALING, anway, think i dont know about the benefits ??, imm all for having a open iphone to try new tricks developed by other guys, as i stated i use free apps and dont have a single cracked app on my iphone (personal prefrence) anyways, i dont need to read all of it, one post states all, how will swaring someone change in another post.

And obvioulsy i wont take it litely, but over here what is swaring going to help u achive ?? just tell me ? when he read your post ? do u think he thought twice about u swaring him ? psssssshhh bet not, so think of whats the use of swaring him ? before you type, like even now this whole post is usless, because no one can change the person you are, if u just sware random people im not going to change that its your personallity, anyways...

for the contributing part to make you happy....i have used tomtom on my dads iphone prefer it over the others, just like GUI and interface

And I did contribute to the thread in earlier posts, you've obviously not read through it. Yes you popped in only to make a negative comment in the first place. This is my last post on this matter.

The mods are clearly absent in this matter/thread and if they are not, I suggest please remove the posts referring to piracy and quarrels between memebers (including mine)

Dude, FYI - there are pay apps as well as free apps on Cydia. So, jailbreaking itself is not stealing, but loading cracked software is stealing... That's what ElitOp was pointing out - cracked software is wrong, not jailbreaking...
 
anyone figured out how to modify the Iphone bumper to work with the TOMTOM cradle without removing the Bumper

I have the Capdase case and I don't think it is possible. I have to take it out everytime, to put it on the cradle.
