I've been using NTFS-3G up till now but I see Tuxera has a commercial product available. I got the demo and the transfer speeds are much faster than the free product. I see Paragon also has an NTFS read/write program.

Anyone have any personal experience to share?

Unless you use it all of the time in your environment I would stick with Paragon

I have a nasty suspicion that those bastards at Tuxera deliberately crippled the the Mac version of ntfs-3g so they can make money on the commercial version.

Maybe try compiling the ntfs-3g source code by yourself and see what gives. Pretty sure it feels much faster on linux but I could be wrong.

AFAIK Paragon & Tuxera are good, NTFS-3G is fine but slow. Of course Tuxera put all the nice features into their commercial app. You can get the SN if you snoop around of course. ;)
