I have always given ato Epson printers.
Back in the day I hardly repaired any coz they just never broke
Years ago I had an epson inkjet and it developed some minor issue after 2yrs of use so I phoned epson or the agents and they said bring it in we'll have a look which I did, called me back next day and said it's sorted out and they gave it a full service at which point I'm like fsck how much is this gonna to cost to which they said there's no bill

Be an upstanding South African citizen and use the works printers. That's what they're there for.....school papers.
