Best Shop

Has anyone ever heard of, and have experiences with http://www.gigabuzz.co.za ?
I have found their prices to be cheaper than anyone else for some things that I have been looking for, but I don't want to order from someone that I have no experience with.

I see Rebel Tech being mentioned quite often.

Placed my first order with them last week Tuesday after confirming stock (they said 24 hours to get it from supplier). Its now day 8 and the product has not been delivered. Several other things went wrong as well, like payment verification, empty promises etc.
They say first impressions last; they certainly do!

I am going through the same experience as you did although it's been 3 days for me. I placed the order on Saturday and did payment, the reason is because I needed the item urgently so I wanted to avoid waiting forever. I expected them to place the order with the supplier on Monday to get it by Tuesday. This did not happen. Fine, the guy assured me that they would have the product by today. I called today and was told it hasn't arrived yet and that it should arrive by 3pm. I called them again at 4 and was told it still has not arrived. Not to mention that I have been the one that has had to do all the calling. They have my money, so they couldn't be bothered to call me to give me feedback.

I ordered a 16gb corsair vengeance ram for goodness sake!! (And yes they have stock). How long can it possibly take!

If my product does not arrive tomorrow I will never use Rebeltech again and I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

REBELTECH sucks

Rebel tech is awesome!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so I tried Rebeltech for an AMD motherboard and some DDR3 RAM (Total cost R4500).

What a bad experience.

They use a stupid ticketing system to communicate on a separate site - but they hardly use it.
The item I was purchasing was out of stock but after talking to REBELTECH (I called them) they said they actually never hold stock because to few people buy AMD.

1) Bull****!

2) One or two stock items wouldn't hurt anybody and would keep the odd customer like myself happy.

3) they firstly told me the stock was due on the 14th, then the 20th November. It is now the 22nd November and there are no messages on the thread they created or in my email inbox or missed calls etc.

I was going to upgrade my graphics card soon after the motherboard with the R9 290 and buy the bulldozer as soon as it released not to mention SSDs - that R20 000 worth of business. The Last time I checked shops would kill for business like that.

Pfff - so discussed and insulted.
