I dunno - that dell looks pretty pricey to me. In fact the c2d MPB compares quite favourably.If there was still any doubt about Mac's being expensive, this should be an eye-opener.
Still - why list two MBPs one $500 more expensive than the faster one higher spec'ed one?

Erm.. maybe cuz the comparison was attached to the review of the C2D MBP? 1G MBP is there for reference.
Looks like they're listing MSRP.
Point remains that the MBP got the Editor's Choice tag from one of the big PC mags. Also looks like the MBP may become Time's gadget of the year.
Didnt know that - my crystal ball is on the fritz. Got the url for the it? From the comparison the Dell also got an Editor's Choice.

Aaaah, you see most people who claim the Apples are expensive are those going for the lowest pricepoint (R5000 to R6000) where Apple has nothing, so thus, they are expensive
