But Supplement, whey protein isolate and concentrate would be the best value for money when it comes to protein. And mix that with casein protein for evening before bed! WhALA!!!

You can get an article stating it best to grind up your slipper and chew it.
The only reason you would drink use Soy or Pea Protein is if you are lactose intolerant.
And 1 thing that works for 1 person will not work for another. i have used about everything there is to use and talking out of experience

Eggs will work for everyone.I never buy any protein powders because they are too expensive when compared to eggs and the effectiveness of eggs.

Very true indeed. Eggs should be part of your diet. And a protein shake there to give you some extra protein :)

I do use protein powder but I also like eggs as a quick snack but should I use the whole egg? I usually scramble 1 whole with 2 whites.

That is a bullschit story someone made up. There' no proof of it.

I've been using it for more than 2 years and I eat Soy products almost daily and I have yet to grow boobs.

I have no been affected in any way at all.

With you on the pea protein though...I had that first..it's like putty when you TRY and mix it with liquid.

There you go hows the whole vegetarian bodybuilding working out for you? Making gains I think not.
