Better alternative to AfriHost LOCAL dedicated servers?

Any suggestions on better local dedicated servers? Preferably something that includes:
- Centos
- cPanel / WHM
- Managed Support (not just support in the case of the server literally exploding)

Also now at my witts end with Afrihost. Third time in a week I cant access my server and all they provide is brush you off whatsapp chat. 5 hours down and still no server. Was disconnected by Ryan S of afrihost live chat when after 4 hours I asked IS MY SERVER BEING REBOOTED,,, he didnt like my tone

I and a friend are both hosted at Afrihost
I cannot email him a password protected zip file attachment. It just vaporises..can send to myself.. ANother client also on Afrihost did not get the email. Spambox has been set to allow such files..They said they had a problem but now its "fixed" I still cant send... Overall have been happy for the last 10 years or so....

Domains.co.za is great , also i have been with webafrica that have now re-branded into one-grid and they are really good with customer service, bandwidth rates, time to first byte and all the things you would need from a host. Hetzner i havent personally tried, though I have only heard good things.

According to Hetzner, their proprietary hosting management tool konsoleH was compromised via a SQL-injection attack which then lead to the access of and subsequent leak of over 40,000 ISP customers details:

Customer details (name, address, government identity number, telephone numbers and email addresses)
Domain names and FTP passwords in clear text
Full bank-account details in clear text
While the main konsoleH password was stored encrypted, the company suggested to reset all passwords. While 40,000 ISP customers does not sound like a lot, just remember that those customers will run websites as businesses and the Hetzner breach would have allowed the attacker to also access any of those 40,000 ISPs websites and databases due to the FTP passwords being stored in clear text.

I moved all my clients to domains.co.za (and a few to Hetzner) after I got fed up with clients cursing at me on a daily basis due to continuous problems with AH hosting.

I pay less = more profit and have not had a single server/site down since I moved them over 1 year ago!

Support is fantastic:
- they call you before maintenance.
- all support staff are professional and care about the client and their issues.
- they are available and contactable whenever i call them.
- they get back to you in a timely manner (ie. minutes - not days/whenever)
- they READ your emails and respond accordingly!!!

Funny enough i just got my first client that is with hetzer i was working on the site and setting up sql databases, then when i tried to log into kosoleH again i was out, it seems their ftp , sql and main logins are tied together NOT good in my opinion, the interface is also lacking it feels thrown together. I have yet to experience their support. May i ask what your issues with afrihost were? Downtime ? Bad support ?
