Better broadband value for iBurst customers

I think this whole "billing system issue" is only sidelining what people really want and a delay tactic by iburst. We want more GB and/or cheaper prices. Why is there even these billing system issues? Billing systems should be sorted out before a company even starts selling a service. How old is iburst?
 
Well, I hope the new packages will be competitive with similarly priced ADSL packages:
ie.
The current 1GB iBurst package should:
Atleast get upgraded to 3GB, with atleast 20GB's Local (separate billing, not concurrent) and ofcourse the Throttle should remain in place. (but a speed increase would be nice.)

This is simply to remain competitive with CURRENT ADSL prices, which iBurst WAS when we first got it in Apr'08, but not anymore. I wouldn't mind staying with iBurst, but when ADSL gives more for LESS money, the choice will be quite simple come April 2010.Unless if iBurst offers better packages ofcourse, then why wouldn't I stay?
