Better uncapped services

I want to move to Mweb - currently on cybersmart but am a bit too nervous about the switch.
 
I have capped 15gb with free usage from 12.30pm to 7am on a 384 line.
 
Im on Openweb Gold unshaped @R499 and am moving.
DSL in the new area will take some time but i emailed admin@Openweb about the R319 Gold shaped.

My response was that its slower but i will still be able to do work at my parents house in the meantime.

I thought the shaped Gold was unshaped after hours,even with P2P?

I wonder if the cheaper MWEB uncapped package would suit me better as im in Cape Town.
