Read the thread from beginning till end, see the time frame and number of unhappy customers.I'm currently also have issues with a very well known respectable company, but I will never call them a scam which is a harsh. Yes there are some fly-by-night operations out here. But Raru founded Take2 from what I recall which now is Takealot.
Me personally I see an issue with a company making a policy out of forcing customers to wait 6 weeks for refunds.
These are unfulfilled order refunds, not physical returns, so just send the money straight back.
