change your board and you will run the game fine
gigabyte or asus or even msi are good everything else is just kuk hehe

Still think you have a power supply problem - it's not the size (500W) but rather the consistency that matters.

Not true. You'd be surprised at the amount of k@k a dodgy powersupply can give you. It can make your system do things you wouldn't even think were related to the power supply.

Meaning filtered by a UPS, not straight from the wall supply.

Its straight from the wall supply, have changed power supply, still doing it. All the other games ie. swat 4 etc running without any problems.
