BI Developer vs Software Devs

In terms of salary which job field gets more, lets say software devs for java or c# and in Durban

Not sure, but BI is more interesting to me personally, if you mean in contrast to GUI development I should think BI gets the better salary.

Well, depends, I would guess that if you work with SAP then BI would be better paid but not necessarily so in a MS environment.

Im currently working with sap bo for BI, just basic reporting using sqls.
