Big e-toll, e-tag discounts announced

Does this mean the people of Gauteng are more likely to give in, and start paying?? or is this just the dying wind of the system. as well did she mention what the outstanding amount was??
 
For registered users, the following “reprieves” would be introduced:
•a 48 percent e-tag-holder discount;
•time-of-day discounts;
•frequent-user discounts, and;
•a “R450 calendar-month cap for class A2/light vehicles”.

This discount is probably comes with the condition of registering.

That is the problem,

Granted, I'm not in GP but they want to roll this crap to the rest of the country, and for that I will voice my disapproval, and should I ever be in GP I will not pay.

It won't. I'm betting on annual "inflation related" increases of around 20% or more, as soon as they've suckered enough people into signing up.
