I fully agree. Yesterday scare tactics and now the carrot. The carrot is a very expensive one with all the future increases.
Not paying and definitely not signing those terms and conditions.

For registered users, the following “reprieves” would be introduced:

a 48 percent e-tag-holder discount;
time-of-day discounts;
frequent-user discounts, and;
a “R450 calendar-month cap for class A2/light vehicles”.

I am also wondering what exactly has changed in the "new" reprieve. The Cap is the same, the time of day discounts were in place etc. More BS from Scamral

I think they're saying you can get all that retroactive, if you submit to their will now.
