Big phone or Small tablet

Hi All

So I'm spending a lot of time doing support/work while on the go and juggle between my Samsung 10" tab and my iPhone XR, but I'd much rather just have one device and so begins the hunt (didn't realize it would be such a pain).

So let's start with the issues with the current arrangement..
  • Carrying two devices
  • iPhone can do everything I want but is a tad small
  • Tablet doesn't have the greatest spec and is a pain to carry around (big screen is easier on the eyes but can't put it in my pocket )
  • Tablet requires 2nd SIM for connectivity
So my idea was to get a phone that has a screen size in the region of +-7.5" or get a tablet between 7,5" to 8" with cellular capability.

Initially I thought I found the perfect fit with the new iPad mini (8.1" and has a cellular model) but then was told the cellular is only for data. So back to square one.

Does anyone know of something that fits the bill?

PS. The Fold Z4 and Huawei X2 are the perfect solutions but are simply ludicrously priced.
