Telkom is looking at a big split between its wholesale and retail divisions, which some industry players said may change the way the company operates.

The split as required from the Competition Tribunal has been implemented as I understand it. This may be something bigger...

I also understand it to be so.

From a company structure position, it has also been implemented from around July last year.
