A Ghost terminated my Frogfoot line (Yet Again!!)

Seems like a ghost terminated my one @Frogfoot Fibre line. Being stonewalled from all sides. @Frogfoot Fibre does FF have a PAIA Manual, in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000)?

Can agree with this wholeheartedly, Afrinatic is extremely helpful and does so much. I also just got activated on Monday after crap, and lots of waiting, from Openserve/Metrofibre but he constantly helped me and checked everything regularly.

Definitely see Afrinatic, PBCool, Websquad, Rain and Ghost being helpful/active on the threads. What's awesome is seeing people with walls of text, and hellopeter maniere turning around to the opposite after an interaction with Afrinatic. Glad to see it's not going unnoticed as generally there are so many horror stories with certain ISPs/FNOs
