I'm creating this thread as a Thank You to Afrihost for their excellent service.
We as clients always tend to criticize quicker than giving a commendation when it is due so here is my Thank You.
Afrihost I was using for my mobile data for the mere fact that it was dirt cheap compared to what MTN themselves were charging. I've never had any issues with their service for the 6/8 months I was using it.
Last month I reached the point where I could finally afford some sort of internet connection and decided that I would use Afrihost once again, not only for their data but for them to manage the ADSL line as well. Now I have to admit that the only issue I had here was that I had to wait for my line to be activated BUT that is just our human nature to be impatient, especially for something we want done as in yesterday. Anyway, about 10 days later I'm informed that my line is now active. I immediately sign up for one of Afrihosts data packages and I'm surfing the web within 2 minutes after receiving my login details. I use a 2mb line for a few weeks. All is working perfectly and I'm downloading to my hearts content with the after hours data given to their capped account customers.
I change my line to that of a 4mb because I WANT MORE SPEEEEEEEEED, and well can't afford a higher rated line. I hav e to wait again though for the change over but hey, I'm being given a lesson in patience. So here's to my first night on my 4mb line and happy downloads
So...... Thank you Afrihost for your professional service you have rendered to me thus far. I am even more impressed with your response when I have queried quite a few things with you. You have been patient with me a very difficult customer at times.
