Big win for fibre in South Africa

The Supreme Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of Dark Fibre Africa in what the company said was a win for South Africa’s fibre industry

Great news - kudos to DFA for pushing it to the SCA.

Just curious to see how DFA are compensated, as I understand that they had already laid fibre.

What I would like to know what Section 22 means for Gated Communities/Business Parks keeping operators out.

I see no reason why operators can't rip into Century City in Cape Town under Section 22. But then again - I am not a lawyer.
