Surprisingly, I did. I have a topup myself, but my wife has a normal account. The shop assistant assured us that we can place a limit on the account.

Surprise surprise when a few months later they ditch the bill limit feature, and when I inquired as to what I am supposed to do they very smugly informed me I should use the top up. When I asked if the account can be migrated to one, they said NO.

Could be a business rule involved here- what package you migrating from?
