Hi need some problem solving sugestions on a Billion router that is doing the WIFI thing but when I want to connect to a laptop wifi it keeps on locking wifi out.

You need to be more specific as to what is happening. Nobody will understand what you are trying to say from your post.
And the most common reason why WiFi doesn't work sometimes is they are typing in the wrong password . it is case sensitive

What model of router are you using? Some of the Billion routers apparently have faulty WiFi modules.

As per the previous posts you will have to be a bit more specific in regards to what you would like to achieve and where the problem arises. If you would like help to setup your wireless on the router please feel free to contact our technical support team, the number can be found on the Billion box or on the Billion website.
In regards to the issue mentioned in the thread about faulty WiFi modules , please note the mentioned forum is for Australia and their units differ to SA Billion models.
