I am assuming this is to a local server, if it is, that is a very stable connection!

Have you tried connecting to international servers?

CS:GO on int servers is a no go, due to the latency difference and the speed and nature of the game. I do play insurgency on int servers I can record some of that maybe?

YEAH!! Played for 6min today!! new record!!!! NO news from Bitco! Seems like Telkom fixed the problem much quicker for their guys!!

Lol I see your fps syncs @ 60fps? You playing with vertical sync on? Thats a BIG NO NO in cs, vertical sync creates a **** ton of input lag in this game, you'll find everything is much more responsive if you turn it off

You got V-sync on. Without it, it jumps around 130+ fps. I figured I might just cap it on 60 via V-sync.

Edit: Tried to record some insurgency but it takes ages for something to happen and if it does it's over in the blink of an eye. Will have to record hours of gameplay just to make a 5 minute video.
 
You can cap FPS without buffers (without Vsync) but really there's no point in limiting FPS unless it causes issues with heat or stability.

It doesn't. Just figured I'll activate everything and see what it does. Since I only need 60fps I figured all's good :o

Thanks lcbxx. I emailed the lady that's been handling all my stuff, this morning but haven't had a reply yet. So I think she may have taken the day off. Hmm maybe I should pm Mike or Garth. Or maybe I should just wait until Wednesday.

Mine sits at 200-300 fps, screen tearing isnt really an issues in CS, so no need for Vsync... I remember reading on reddit a while ago, about a dude that can't understand how other people's reaction time is so good in this game compared to his... People suggested he turned of Vsync, he came back a day or 2 later thanking the people saying he ranked up 4 times since turning off Vsync:D

Any little bit of advantage will help. I really suck at that game. But it's amazing fun. Especially the Comps.
 
Unfortunately I haven't received any replies to the mail or the pm. So it looks like I'll have to wait until Wednesday.
