Yea I have had no constant issues and I suspected it to be storm related from time to time. But it seems to be sorted pretty quickly on it's own so no need to complain. Keep up the great work.
Second this, service has been exceptional. The issue I was having on my line with the weird speeds was resolved within 2 hours.
Unfortunately in the new year I am being forced to move service providers. The estate I am renting in has made a choice to move to fiber. I am not happy with this at all as it is more expensive than Bitco, and they seem very reluctant to give me an answer on streaming media. Also the caps are totally stupid. 20Mb line with a 20Gig cap... You can purchase extra data, so in my case I average between 200Gb and 300Gb a month. In total it will cost me R1900 a month. New service provider is MTN, which also makes me cringe.
