48hrs after the installation BitCo gave me the good news!!! Start Surfing
All i can say is WOW!!!! the 2Mbps line is fast and constant!!!! I'm so glad I moved to BitCo.
iBurst was the only service provider in my area a few years ago, so I'm glad I have gotten rid of SLOW internet!
I would definitely recommend BitCo.... only a few days in, but SUPER impressed!![]()
I wish I could say the same as you lightz but... Was impresed with the install but with the line handover, NO.. my line was installed on tuesday this week and the line was handed over to me yesterday at 18:30, still no internet.... very sad.....

I am sure many of you are aware that FNB had a major problem over the weekend where thousands of accounts were double debited. This did effect many of our customers but we have been informed that all double debits have now been reversed.
Please let us know if there are any issues with your account so we can follow up.
Feedback seems good - gonna give it a try (will I finally be able to give Telkom the finger for good?)

Towards the end of the year... we already have a fibre POP but still need to rollout wireless network.
My 2mbps Line review. Bitco enabled my line on monday early morning around 7:00AM, I was impressed that their engineers really reply to their customer queries as early as around 7 AM. Telkom, you have something to learn from Bitco. I'm constantly getting around 1.98mbps throughout the day. Managed to download some 8 GB of stuff and realised that I was throttled, stopped the downloads, waited around 45mins to a hour, I was back to normal speed again. Also got a phone call on Monday (later on) from Bitco, a lady called to confirm if my line is activated and working according to the speed I signed up for. Customer satisfaction survey, that is what I'm talking about. Garth, you should get all the ISP's together and teach them on Customer Service. Your team is awesome man. Forgot to mention, One of your Project managers if i'm right, Gerhard, came to my house personally to drop off the wifi router on friday because there was problem with the IP mix up or something. Words to describe the service... Awesome Awesome and Awesome.... Hopefully Bitco keeps the Customer Service as it is now in the future.![]()
