Now just waiting for the handover call... been on 3G now for 2 years, this is like waiting for Christmas when you're 5.

Incidentally I think there's an install happening down the road from me. Pure coincidence that I saw it. I'll post the photos. :)

I have a ticket open with support regarding lag spikes in wow where tcp & icmp are fine, but it almost seems like UDP is being shaped to hell and back. I haven't had any feedback from the support guys and today its just gotten worse. I'm now at around 380ms the moment I step into PVP games (this is when most of the UDP traffic picks up with tracking the other players and stuff).

Would you be able to follow this up with the support guys an its making things a tad unplayable at the moment.

Can you please escalate the ticket following the escalation procedure on your support request. I will ensure it gets looked at today.

Was just curious :p I'll upload some for you. Sorry I just thought that once you saw the pictures it would be ok.
 
I will post some pictures, but it is still a work in progress. Trenching for the cable is only happening next weekend, and only once that is done can I finish the installation in the space where the router is sitting.

I sent you a PM. I had a LOS tes that was done in March/April this year but was rejected. Last week Bitco installed equipment for a neighbour in my complex. I'm still interested and eager but wondering why I was not contacted to tell me that installation would be possible due to his installation.

Would appreciate if another test can be done, thanks :)

I'm really enjoying Bitco and netflix but I have a problem with gaming. The ping is worse than my 2mb adsl line. I do get that it is wireless but from all the posts on this thread, people seem to be quite impressed by the pings.

I play a lot of Dayz and my previous ping on a German server was between 190-210. It is between 230-260 now and a bit inconsistent. Might I have an issue with my connection that someone can look in? Or is that normal?

I can do a couple of tests and post it on here (Please let me know which tests I should do).

I'm guessing my ping wont improve if I upgrade to 10mb from my current 5mb?

Hi Gezza

We might have the incorrect quality of service for your gaming. We will need to test with you to analyse the traffic.
 
Ah rough. Just spoke to the support guys. Testing only started today on my link so handover will only happen on Thursday.
