@Jason3643, if you can get rid of the trees and branches do so it's giving you a better chance to get the service.
They used a 3M pipe on my roof.

My best advice to you would be climb the neighbours tree and start trimming.

Note that standard supply lengths in the industry are 2m and 3m. I haven't seen longer than this.

do you have to use the switch with the router.

Yes, you need to use the switch. Without it you will have no service. The switch is fully managed and performs several functions.

If you do trim the neighbours tree, just make sure you get enough so it doesn't grow back in spring.

We have 3 tower builds planned for the Vaal Triangle. I cannot say exactly where at the moment but I will update everyone closer to the time.

Any update on when and maybe where the towers will be, I really need other internet and am reluctantly considering other wisps?
