BitCo Consumer Review

Hi louispires,

We are terribly sorry that you had not yet received appropriate feedback from us on this matter, your escalation last night made us aware of a breach in our communication. This has resulted in a delay in investigations on your link and we once again apologise for the inconvenience. Please know that we have core technicians investigating this right away and will revert back to you as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your continued patience on our overdue response. At this stage we are not sure if we will have a finite answer for you today but will give you daily updates until this matter is resolved.

Kind Regards
BitCo

Hi louispires

Our core technicians have made some changes to your links technical programming and we are confident that this will assist you in not hitting the FUP in 30min but give you your full 1 hour.

Could you please test the link again today and provide us with some feedback (please use the escalation email) once you have done so, if it is still throttling you after 30min we will continue to make adjustments until we resolve this.

Kind Regards
BitCo

Just a quick mention ....
I assume every one knows that all Electronic Devices (even your alarm clock) needs to be restarted from time to time.
I usually restart my BitCo Router, Cisco Switch, and Rocket(dish) at least every 2nd month.
Also 90% of the BitCo Users I have dealt with forget to restart the Rocket(dish) also when experiencing problems.

Thanks! All is sorted now and the line seems more stable than ever. Haven't hit the FUP since the change to my line.

Uhm, where do you come by this theory? What is improved by restarting the Dish? This is the strangest comparison ever, saying ALL electronic devices need to be restarted... But id Like to know more please.

I cannot comment on the exact setup, but your dish is probably connected to a tranceiver going to your router (maybe the tranceiver is inside the router?). There is usually firmware/software running on these devices and sometimes the firmware/software isn't designed/coded properly. This leads to a lot of issues that can potentially cause problems. One of the biggest issues found is memory leak issues. This is one of the reasons phones/smart tv's/etc need to be restarted every once in a while.

If all the electronics was pure analog, it would almost never have to be restarted.

Gentleman ,Bitcos precious network is down, she is not working

Its backup again, went down for about 10 minutes:wtf:

Streaming has become very touch and go as well lately. I wonder what the actual contention ratio is. Any idea anyone ?

Nope.

Sold a Knife yesterday and bought ARK (6.4GB) downloaded through the night.

I'm not having problems downloading only viewing the store or the website.
