It's quite amazing ever since Bitco announced the discontinuation of any new residential links this thread has gone dark, no more bitching and moaning about leaky bucket syndrome this and throttling of that.................................

I have never had any reason to complain. Still happy as always. One should maybe think about getting into bed with Bitco if they have unused Bandwidth they want to sell to re-sellers, thus not taking the brunt of the assault from home users. I'd be up for that

Anyone having problems connecting to Steam this morning? Steam pages don't load for me at all and Steam community pages only partially. Steam is supposedly up though.

I sent them a mail this morning. I hope that they fixed it and that it's not just something that affects me or maybe my area. Thanks Pitbull. I'm at work now though so can't check. Will have to see if it's working again this evening.

Yeah emailed them again. They said they had some routing issues but I had to send them sites that aren't working. Steam is currently up and down for me. At the moment no Steam sites will load.

It turns out I still had my DNS set to the Google's DNS. I changed to BitCo's one and that sorted it for me.

Not the pole but the actual bracket that mounts onto the wall and what the pole mounts onto
I have a bill for R1650 for that bracket yet straight from poynting the most expensive is R222 with vat

The Actual bracket that gets mounted to the wall, and then the pole which the dish sits on gets mounted to the bracket

It's a long story lol
Basically, they came to decommission their kit but there was big miscommunication between the guys in the office and the guys that came to remove the kit
