Bitco home wireless internet

cheeky buggers hmmm
I wanted to apply with Bitco in 2012 but didn't have LOS, I just checked again and have coverage now.

I also checked the T&C's, and they definitely specify VAT incl. I've logged my interest online and am waiting for someone to get back to me. Currently with Level-7 wireless for 10Mbps for R799 (regular price is R999), so the 30Mbps for R1099 sounds like a good deal.

Also, Level-7 throttles torrents to death :(

BTW thanks @tm458 for bringing this to my attention!

I just spoke to a sales consultant called Nic(k) who double-checked with the head of the sales department while I was on the line, who confirmed that the R1099 monthly fee and the R500 installation fee are both inclusive.

Edit: Docs submitted

I think the call center guys knowledge is a bit lacking but it has been cleared now, i sent all my docs now awaiting installation.

2 days ago, installation was supposed to happen but apparently something was wrong with my order application and had to fix it. Sent a new one on that day and I recieved a welcome pamphlet with all sorts of information. Fast forward today, the bitco guys just came around 10 minutes ago and are busy with installation :D

They just finished and said that there's a minimum 48h soaking period where they test the link at their offices to see if it's stable and the network doesn't drop. After that period is done and everything is alright, they'll come install the router and I'll be online.
So, no net today unfortunately
