Busy doing some comparative quotes for moving a few Telkom lines and VDSL and some premicells to a fibre \ VOIP solutions. Sofar Bitco and provider of Liquid Telecoms have come in with fair quotes.

How is Bitco? Everybody else that comes to quote rolls their eyes or snigger when we mentioned that we also got Bitco out to quote. It could be that they are truly great and the opposition dislikes them?

Also I am assuming Liquid is a lot better than what I experience with Neotel as a normal user a few years ago?

Bitco is great with business fibre. They only recently launched some home packages, I have no idea how the service on those are or how they perform.

Bitco voip services are the best of what I've seen so far.
If the voip numbers are great enough they will even install a voip server, for the voip requirements at your premises. Numbers do count, so they don't do that just anywhere.

The 3 companies I know of all have more than 250 employees.

Fibre for business is great too. Have no experience on home fibre.

I am curious as to who else quoted. You can PM me.

There is one voip provider you MUST avoid if you wish to keep yourbusiness going daily, and not just run a few days a week...

I am using Euphoria as a voip service provider and I'm very happy with their service and feedback. Charges isn't too bad either. Currently running it over ADSL and LTE-A connection. Replacing the ADSL within the next 6 weeks with fibre, just waiting on Vuma with the current install. 25 employee business.
