$23k ... I wonder if we will see $24k ... when does the rug get pulled out under people? Or that's too much stress.

I was replying to a post where the question was specifically about ZAR

but yeah USDBTC ATH has been broken a couple of times this month, including today where it is again sitting at a new ATH
 
Hey guys, does anyone on this thread know how to unstick a transaction that has zero confirmations? I know that the blockchain is congested, but it wasn't a zero fee transaction and it has been about 20 hours now.

depending on where it was sent from / if you control the source wallet, there's some options:

Thanks. I sent it from my Nexo wallet to my Luno wallet. I had a look at a YouTube video, but the explanation went above my head. It doesn't look as if Nexo supports RBF protocol, which means that I would need to use the double spend option. Because I am unfamiliar with this, I am really worried that I make a mess and lose my money.

usually with an exchange / custodial wallet situation you don't have much control, but apparently the "sending" side can do something about the unconfirmed transaction

have you asked Nexo for help?

I have contacted them, and they say that it might take 7 days to get back to me. In the meantime, my bitcoin could take a huge dump! I will continue asking them though to see if they can help. Thanks so much for the reply.

eish, good luck then, I'm hodl'ing enough that I hope for both our sakes it continues upward / recovers quickly if it dumps ;)

If sending from an exchange like Luno then you're out of luck. Depends on the wallet used to send the BTC. Some can not cancel the transaction and you'll have to wait. With some you can replace the transaction with a new transaction with a higher transaction fee by using a RBF (replace by fee option). Other methods like CPFP are too complicated to summarise here and you'll need to google that.
