Beware of bitcoinprosper.co.za I purchased a couple of small items to test the site. They have a wide range of mining related products available on there site and their prices appear to be reasonable, however after making payment the following happened.
1) Payment confirmation came through from Payfast
2) No invoice our purchase confirmation was sent to me via email
3) I phoned their landline and someone from another company answered, they then were not sure but said they are putting me through to Bitcoin Prosper. The phone rang for 2 minutes and the call was terminated
4) I then sent them an email to their email address shown on their site [email protected] and the email bounced.
5) They have a online messenger on their site, I contacted them there and to my surprise they replied. Gave them my purchase details and contact number.
6) Received a call from staff member and he assured me I would receive an invoice and confirmation of what cornier the parcel will be dispatched with.
7) Three hours later still no invoice or courier details
8) Contacted them on messenger again and was told my payment and order was cancelled
9) Sent them info and details once again of the payment that had gone through with Payfast. They then replied and said sorry they had deleted all their emails but but they have my order and they will sort it out.
10) Just received a messenger reply "You will have your cash invoice by COB today"
If they come through and supply me my goods I will keep you all posted in the mean time be careful of this site.
