The issue is not who's committing rapes but who's committing baby rapes. For some reason it's ok to point out when something is done by whites but when it's blacks it suddenly becomes racism and generalising. Own up to the facts and address the issue. Sweeping it under the carpet and claiming that it doesn't occur under blacks just denies the issue. It's ignorance such as this that allows crime to flourish in this country.
Do you know who is committing baby rapes? PEOPLE are committing baby rapes. That is the end of it.
Nobody here has said it doesn't happen in the black community - we are arguing that the majority of black people do not believe in this, and it is mostly attributed to religion and superstition. Anywhere in the world where people are superstitious, they do terrible things. This fixation on "black people" and "rape culture"(still waiting for which culture this is) is just revealing that people don't see them as equal members of the community
