Would it be possible to subscribe to the BIS service in order to get internet 'free' internet on my iPhone?

What are the technical limitations? Surely it would be a mater of changing the data connection settings?

Vodacom does give 250MB bundles fee on iphone packages. If you manage it properly its as close to BIS you gona get for now...
