Blackberry charges

Hi all, just a question around blackberry charges. I have subscribed to BIS and wanted to know why i am being charged for internet usage? Bis is defintely active and i know this because i was able to setup my email, so i may only be charged for internet browsing but why, shouldnt this be free???

Call 082155 and log a fault with them. I had a customer with the same issue in the week and after logging the fault it resolved the issue.
 
hi dude
you just have to your browser and make sure the Blackberry APN is being used and not the Vodafone APN or the MTN APN, depending on your network. I had the same problem as you did with Vodacom and eventually sorted it out doing that.
