Blackberry Storm vs 9700 Bold

Which is the better phone from a user perspective?
Bold is obviously better on paper.

How is the Storm touchscreen?
 
Bold. I've had the Storm 1.

Its slow, freezes alot and not functional/user friendly wrt the touch screen.
 
As I have one, the Bold 9700 is a brilliant phone!
 
I got the Storm 2. Prefer it over the bold. Many people hate touchscreens. But its simply awesome to use, everything is just a touch away. And typing is simple and speedy because of the surepress technology.
 
BOLD 9700!! Had the Storm and it is utterly useless!
 
So despite what everyone said on here I went with the Storm2, played with it and the Bold, and it just worked for me.
I love the new touchscreen and all that the phone offers. :)

Now I'm a very happy Storm2 owner.
 
Congrats on your new Storm Charl. I would have voted for the storm too. I have the Storm one for a year and a half and I've never regretted it for a second.

It took a while to get used to the touch screen but now i can type nearly as fast as I do on a full sized keyboard.

My only gripe is that it doesn't have a radio. But then again no blackberry does.

After just two days I can type as fast if not faster with SureType than I could on the regular qwerty keyboard of the Curve, I have big hands, so even though it is touch, the keyboard on the Storm2 is bigger, so just works easier for me. And the included 16gb microSD card was very handy :)
