Oh cry me a river... Mandela became a lawyer and opened his own practice. He was black and he was discriminated against. Malema, with everything given to him (basically), couldn't finish High School and failed Woodwork. This tells you enough about the situation.

I do not refuse to accept people have benefitted from democracy in fact I claim otherwise. My "niche" is criticising the governement, who keep denying ALL South Africans a right to a good life, no matter what their colour is. The ONLY thing worth mentioning that the current governement has given it's people is freedom, and even then they had help. Now one step at a time they're taking it away.
Freedom from crime, freedom to express yourself without persecution, freedom to make your leaders accountable for the crap they've gotten your country in, freedom to education for ALL, freedom to housing for ALL, and freedom to have employment for ALL. Not just those who were opressed. That's what I stand for.. nothing more, nothing less....
And I'm still awaiting your date of birth you've dodged that quite well and everytime I post a reply to you I'll be requesting it... the mere fact you haven't answered says to me you were no where near apartheid when it happened in fact you were probably just a twinkle in daddy's eye....
No, the argument is this IMO if a black person was not old enough/alive pre 1994, they should be entitled to way less than those who were, and additionally whites should be treated as equals, with no little or no BBE or AA...

I posted a link backing up my claim that almost every south african child has access to education...housing is being given to people...
I have never stated that the government should NOT be criticised, what im trying to proove is that alot has been achieved, much more needs to be done and that there have been big failures aswell..

U cant have one person start a 100m race at the 50m mark and the other at the start and call it fair, its not.

No you can't give some one a head start etc I agree, however you cannot also let someone start a race and hold their opponents back that's hardly fair either, however my argument is this....
If you started school after 1994, then you were given an equal education to everyone else. Therefore it stands to reason that you had the same opportunities as anyone else and were not deprived and therefore should not be subject to the perks of AA and BEE. If you are claiming that anyone that went to school after 1994 did not have the same opportunities then you need to take up that argument with your government because in that case they are just as guilty as the previous regime..

3.1 million houses 15 years thats over 500 houses a day everyday for 15 years no breaks, no strikes, no public holidays, no weekends etc etc etc. Even a country with an awesome infrastructure (Lets say the U.K. for arguments sake. would never be able to achieve that)
You claimed 40 million kids are now educated. Wrong, in those stats (had you bothered to analyse them correctly) clearly state that 10 million children are educated per year, thats every single kid between 7-17. You added each year together to get 40 million...wrong... If I was in grade one this year I was part of those 10 million. Next year I am part of those 10 million, but in grade 2 (if they call it that these days been a while) You added all 4 years worth of stats together and made 40 million. I urge you to go look again.
If the governement is responsible for educating 40 million people and the population of SA is in the region of 48 ,illion that leaves 8 million uneducated people, which you would have to split between o-7 year olds and 18's and over. Assuming they're equal amounts thats 4 million pre-schoolers and 4 million people over 18....
Seen the stats for the elections (which I might add are only open to people over 18?)
