Bleep test (Shuttle Run Test)

I had to do the bleep test last night and man did I realise that I had to do alot more work to get my fitness up!

This test is a b*tch! Especially from about > 70/80 shuttles!

We did that at PT once... its a **** test.
I much prefer the sprint tests

My son does them for PE at school and they have to improve or they get demerits. The kids hate them.

Thats a bit harsh.....i would walk for the first one....
Its actually a pretty exhausting test....

Except they dont know what it is the first time they do it and then it's too late...they dont have to improve hugely, just as long their fitness is going up and not down. The worst is the one after school holidays.
