I know this has been discussed before but couldn't seem to find the thread.

Can we use the authenticator here if we purchase them from the Blizzard store?

Yes you can. My authenticators are coming in the next week or 2 (eventually)

How the heck are you getting them to ship here? Or are you getting it shipped somewhere else and getting them to ship to you?

One of our guildies stay in London so he bought a whole bunch and is sending them over with his mother when she comes to visit.

Hehe, it is for all battle.net access. It seems stupid at face value but sadly account hacks are a real issue :(

Shipped somewhere else, there is always the option of ebay as well for the small markup people put on them.

For all you iPhone peeps:

Blizzard's "Battle.Net Mobile Authenticator" still isn't available on the South African Apple AppStore. However, you can get it from the UK AppStore by creating an account without a payment option which let's you get free apps.

Simply browse the UK AppStore on iTunes (step should be similar on your iPhone), look for the Authenticator and once found, click its "Get App" link. You'll be prompted to create an account (or use a current one, but logging with your ZA one will send you back to the ZA AppStore), do so and when asked for a payment option you should see the "None" option available to you (this option isn't available if you try and create an account without going via a free app link). Finish up and then you should be able to get the app for your phone ^_^
