Blocked by Facebook for something I didn't post

Please, any assistance will be most welcome.

I was notified on Tuesday that I'd been suspended by FB for 3 days for posting something that violates community standards.

It turned out to be a very graphic pre-teen porn video of over 2 hours. I never posted this.

I waited for the 3 day suspension to pass. It hasn't. My friend, who has been suspended by FB before, tells me that this doesn't look anything like what she experienced when she was suspended.

All my pages have disappeared. Business pages, news feed. None of my friends can see my profile or my business pages. My Instagram account has gone. I cannot use Messenger or any other app for which I use FB as authentication, such as Deezer. It's as if I just evaporated.

I logged out in order to log back in again. It tells me FB is down for maintenance and will be back in a few hours.
I tried to change my password. I was asked for my phone number and a copy of my ID. The update code was sent to an email address that is not mine. I tried again a few hours later, the email address had mysteriously changed back and the code arrived in my inbox. There was a link to click to reset the password. It took me straight back to the video, which is still there. There is nothing that I can do on this page that contains the video. Nowhere to click.

I tried making a new account so I could get access to the help services. I cannot open an account. It takes me all the way to enter password and then I get a message to say 'unknown error'. I tried not using my name, birthdate, cell number, email address. Anything they would be able to link back to the original account. Same error. I've tried on my cellphone, laptop, WiFi, mobile data, incognito bowser, VPN to mask my IP address. Nothing works.

My son-in-law has logged a ticket from his FB account on my behalf. No response.

I continue to receive emails from FB. Just an hour ago one came saying that I'm missing posts because I'm not logged in. My profile picture is in them. All links take me back to the same porn video and message that I'm suspended for three days. Technically the three days has passed.

Any suggestions? I have business pages unattended. Groups that I manage. Community commitments that I've just abandoned without notifying others of what's going on. Is it possible to get to a real person at FB who can help?
 
I don't have any apps on FB.
Even the link above takes me back to the same porn video.
I can't change my password, it won't let me back into FB at all.
 
Why won’t it allow you to create a new account? That’s weird. Create new email and try again.
 
Maybe your PCs and mobile devices or home network have all been compromised and you not actually connecting to FB but some dodge look a like page. Have tried doing all the resets from a seperate network, not using your phone either? I have no idea what the issue is just putting some ideas out there.

Yeah, we tried. My son-in-law used his network. Same issue.

Use somebody else’s phone/laptop.
It’s impossible they would know it’s you trying to create a new account unless your devices are also compromised.

What would it look like if all my devices are compromised?? I'm not sending dodgy emails or WhatsApp messages... I haven't had any wierd login attempts on my bank account.

You'll know because you'll be able to open a new account from a different device and network.

I’m not sure, but something is triggering FB AI to automatically block you from creating an account. It’s either your internet connection or devices. Can’t be anything else.
Monitor your bank accounts and other important accounts.
 
Why would FB ask for your copy ID? Why would you give it?
Very weird.
 
This sounds properly dodgy. I don't think I'm being alarmist when I say you need to format your PC and factory reset your phone and router.
 
There is a FB office in Bryanston. Not sure what they do or if they just a marketing type firm. Try making contact with them if possible.

The more I think about it the more I think you're right. Not alarmist at all!
 
Sounds like a compromised hosts file or proxy.

You should really enable 2FA on your email and FB accounts.

Have you ran a virus/Malwarebytes scan?
