Bloem Fibre Options

Hey all.

Moving back to Bloem from the UK (Long story, don't ask..)
Been away since 2008 so now trying to wrap my head around fibre options.
Here in the UK I'm using a legacy deal with mobile broadband over 4G

Any suggestions about ISP's? Apparently a backbone called FrogFoot supplies fibre infrastructure in the area we're moving to.
I'm not sure about mobile options because I can't check real-world coverage, but I also see that mobile has a FUP where your speeds are throttled after X GB.

I run a YoutTube channel and work from home - so I'd need something capable
