It's elevated (high). There could be any number of reasons for that, including machine error. Have a nurse measure it at a pharmacy or clinic.

Not usually - but I found a cure to hangovers (works for me) - so I've been experimenting. Probably not the healthiest cure - but it sure beats a day of suffering.

120/80 is normal.
The bottom one is the important one.
If it's 95, you have high BP and need medication.

Go check with a proper Dr, gyms etc don't measure it properly.

Did a test last night - scored even higher, 8.9

Maybe time to play it save, can't figure out why nothing would have shown in a recent life insurance blood tests, and last years expensive encephalitis episode.
