Yes. My doc told me there were about 500 different bp meds, offered to try several out.
The one we tried was a pure calcium channel blocker.

That many? Sjoe.

Your BP and health now sorted?

Still recovering from the surgery, will be another month or so. BP will have to see. Lack of pain should help a lot

Doc has changed my meds to a totally different class of BP meds.
Will fetch tomorrow and see how it goes.

Surgery? What happened?

Two ruptured cervical discs causing compression of spinal cord and nerves into shoulder/arm, as well as permanent muscle spasm. Been going on and getting worse for about 15 years now. Finally got it diagnosed and hopefully fixed.

Just came back from the doctor to check if the new medication (bilocor) is working. High blood pressure is under control 125/80 pulse 75 he gave me 6 months prescription.

The struggle of high blood pressure did a quick test this morning (5:10am) my readings came back 139/99 pulse 70. I'm not happy with those results.

Early morning is usually when BP is at it's highest, no? Maybe you're also somewhat anxious over your readings and that can sometimes elevate it as well.

Swear I felt so good afterwards.
Staying indoors playing on the computer or watching TV is toxic for your health IMO.
I just sat outside with the cat and it felt so good.

When I can I sit outside in sun bare chest. Just to cold this week.

Just came back from a 5km park run and I was seeing black spots by the finish - checked BP and it was 79/50.

edit: still a bit light headed 3 hours later, currently 109/73...better that the 161/104 from a few days ago

You lost blood? Need a blood transfusion. LOL.

I bought the machine to monitor my wife's blood pressure because of her headaches. Mine is higher than hers

How much water or fluid does wife drink.
How much deep sleep?
To little of both cause me headaches.
