A very surreal incident.
I was waiting for the lift, while waiting I was reading the transplant notes.
After I left, 2 minutes from the hospital I see a display of old cars

At the end, I see a jaguar

I'm looking at the car, and the owner comes along.
We are talking about the car, then he mentions "the car has an interesting history - it was Louis Washansky's car, the 1st successful heart transplant patient. He drove the car to the hospital on the day he was admitted".
For me, it was a strange experience having just read his surgical record 15 minutes prior to stumbling upon the man's car.
