I would like to start using my own voice for voice-overs on the content I create for my YouTube channel. Hiring voice-overs is becoming expensive. Which is an ideal blue mic I can buy locally. Can I use smartphone apps for this?

That is not much if you want something with a soundcard as well... Will look at options later for you, but check out USB Studio Microphones then, probably a Samson CO1U or Meteor.

Although the Samson CO1 (non-usb) is not that expensive and should have money then for a sound card as well

Will need a stand or mount for the mic as well.

Maybe also a pop filter.
