Bluetooth between pc's

I got myself another dongle and I can transfer files between my laptop and desktop with bluetooth and vise versa. Should I be able to, how can I use the internet connection on my laptop from the desktop.

eg. when using outlook express on the pc the connection options are bluetooth or my existing mywireloss connection. I tried adding a new connection vpn network and used the ip address showing from the bluetooth network network on the laptop. No success currently.

Anyone with an answer?

I have the same problem!

I can send files over the link. I have two 100m usb dongles. But I can't share the net connection.

wifi is much better!

it's just that there are somethings I want to transfer from my phone to each computer, hence the bluetooth. I'm waiting on daffy for my wireless kit to add to the jawug network.

You can use bluetooth to share internet connections (done it with laptp thru PC to adsl). The trick is you need to set up internet sharing properly on one of the machines.

Is there something specific to that? one pc has XP, the other 98SE
