Sies! Put that behind a spoiler on a food thread.
But not as tasty as frying pan or over the firehttps://wearenotfoodies.com/oven-baking-sausage-quick-easy-and-minimal-mess/
Oven baked is going to be the healthiest as no oil is used.
Takes a bit longer but it is guaranteed to be 100% juicy
Low, slow, lots of butter. Some people add brown sugar. I do mine without. Enough sugar inside the onions themselves.

When the wors is done, cut the buns open and smear them in the pan, soaking some of the pan fat

Geez, I can't stand the hotdog rolls at Woolies... very chewy, makes a ball of dough in my mouth. The soft rolls you’re looking for - get them from Woolies. They’re only marginally more expensive but much nicer.
Makes the buns tasty.I do this, but only if the sausage is very nicely browned and sticky. My SO wants to get a heart attack when she sees me dong this so I normally wait till she turns her back then I quickly smear my bun in there.
