Anyone know what the Bonus All Network Data is? As my normal 10gig hasn't been touched this month, all data has come off Bonus All Networks Data?

Okay, understand that part. But find it strange that they will give me 40gigs of free mobile data? Plus my usage is being deducted form that and not my normal 10gig monthly portion.

All networks data is better. You can use TM or roam on Mtn. It's not restricted to TM data only.

Tried to find out from them where the data came from, tried the call center and their online chat support facility. They are as much clueless as I am.

You're so lucky you got free data, mine measly 1GB that was left for the month disappeared and they couldn't explain why. I reasoned with them as follows: Their records said my data usage was a couple of MBs even though their own system says I had no data. So technically I was "using" data I didn't have.

Telkom has a great network when you can find reception but their personnel just don't know what they're doing besides refusing to listen to you make sense.
