Telkom are "ripping us off" again by not debiting the "1st to expire" data before debiting the latest added data bundle.
Therefore, we are always going to loose the oldest unexpired data first, (unless we fully deplete the latest added bundle), surely this is wrong and not playing fair. I purchased a 10GB top-up 2 days before the new contract bundle started, there is nearly 3GB of that top-up still unused but it never gets debited, it will expire before the end of this month. Similarly with the January remainder.
Surely they should use data purchased in the FIFO order of oldest first, newest last.
Once-off LTE/LTE-A Anytime Data (remainder from 10GB top-up on 28th December 2018)
GPRS: 2927 MB remaining, Expires on Thu Feb 28 2019
Recurring LTE/LTE-A Anytime Data (remainder from January allocation)
GPRS: 3448 MB remaining, Expires on Fri Mar 01 2019
Inclusive SmartBroadband Data (new allocation starts @ 30720MB)
GPRS: 24912 MB remaining, Expires on Mon Apr 01 2019
